FPSC has announced the Final result of CSS 2022 after conducting Psychological tests and interviews. Talha Rafique is the CSS topper of 2022 and he has strong educational background . By Profession he is a doctor. He has done Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) from Army Medical College Rawalpindi in 2021. Currently he is doing house job in Civil hospital Quetta. His mother has remained teacher she encouraged a lot He is at Quetta since 6 years as his family is settled at Balochistan. Talha Rafeeq said in a video message said that his motivational force is his family . As he belong to medical field. He said that last 5 years papers can help a lot in preparation of optional subjects. Hard work is the key to become successful in CSS . He further said that your dreams can motivate you which can result in success. You should believe in Almighty Allah. His Achievement of taking first position in CSS is the result of the hard work of his teachers. Which sources and books you should recommend to aspirants for CSS exam . You should not rely on a single book . being a responsible individual you should look at the needs it should may be from book or from Internet . You should make short notes . You should present your content critically which should attract examiner. For psychological assessment you should be authentic and try to work on communication skills and interpersonal skills. when you sit before penal it will totally depend on psychological report. What was your approach towards interview of CSS Exam ? You should be confidence . you must analyze. you must be curious , present pleasant personality you should face pressure. Golden rule for interview is practice just practice. You should took the feed back and write strengths and weaknesses . What was your optional subject approach. Is your educational background matters in optional subject selection if you have grip on that subject then opt otherwise not. Interest matters a lot in optional subject. Is time management matters . In how much time you can prepare for CSS ? He don't believe in time management it varies from person to person . If you have grip on English Basic then six months are enough to pass the CSS exam.
