Article 6 1973 Constitution of Pakistan
High Treason (اعلی غداری) in Urdu
- 2 [(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.]
- (2) Any person aiding or abetting 3 [or collaborating] the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason. 1 Subs. by P. O. No. 14 of 1985, Art. 2 and Sch., for "basic". 2 Subs. by the Constitution (Eighteenth Amdt.) Act. 2010 (10 of 2010), s.4 for “clause (1)”.
