17 Posts of Assistant Director Legal BPS-17 were announced by FPSC in November 2018 in Federal Investigation Agency. The syllabus for the post of FPSC Assistant Director Legal has been announced now . Test will conducted in first week of January 2019. But while looking at the FPSC past papers of AD and others, test will be of mcqs type and having 100 MCQs of 100 Marks . Following is the syllabus.

Part1- English (20 Marks)
Part 2- Professional Test (80 Marks)

English Portion for the post of AD Legal includes grammar usage , vocabulary, composition and sentence structuring of 20 Marks

Professional Test
Professional Test MCQs will also be the part of Assistant Director Legal test and will include 80 Questions related to Law from the following chapters of 80 marks
- Basic Knowledge of Criminal Procedure Code
- Basic knowledge of “Qanun-e-Shahadat Order”, 1984
- Basic knowledge of Pakistan Penal Code
- FIAAct, 1974
