Syllabus for the post FPSC Assistant Private Secretary
Typing Test
Typing Test with minimum speed of 50 W.P.M of 35 Marks . You can prepare yourself for typing test by using typing tutor and typing master easily in your home.
Shorthand Test
Shorthand Test with minimum speed of 100 W.P.M required for Assistant Private Secretaries and this section is also of 35 Marks . You can prepare shorthand by joining shorthand test preparation centers because short is difficult as compared to typing .
Computer Literacy Test
Third section in Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16) test is Computer Literacy Test . First part will be of Microsoft Word (Typing, Formatting ) is of 10 Marks and this test will be practical test . Second Part will be Microsoft Excel which further include Typing , Graph Creations and Calculations including formulas of percentage , addition , subtraction, multiplication and average and Third part will be Microsoft Power Point which includes presentation creations , typing , formatting and Inserting Objects and this section is of 10 Marks .
