Eid ul Fitr 2020 most probably will be observed on 25th May 2020, in this regard holidays notification has been issued by the Ministry of Interior, Federal Government of Pakistan. As per notification it is notified for general information that 22nd to 27th May 2020 (Friday to Wednesday ) shall be public holidays on the occasion of Holy Festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.
During these holidays all businesses, public places, community markets and shops, etc. will remain closed. Only essential items shops and medical services/medical stores as already notified will remain open. The same holidays notification will be followed by all the provinces that are Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, GB, FATA and Azad Kashmir. However as per notification of KPK Government holidays will be observed till 31st may throughout the province.
